1. Cho Yoon-sun, the Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, took the initiative in holding Parents Federation’s assembly against Sewol Ferry rally. The team led by special prosecutor Park Young-soo identified that Minister Cho used conservative groups including Parent Federation to hold pro-government rallies.
