1. South Korean President Park Geun-hye decided not to participate in the APEC summit in Peru on the 19th. The spokesman of Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the president already decided in September not to take part in the summit given the emergency situation such as North Korea’s fifth nuclear experiment.
